Machine polishing can significantly improve and often fully remove light swirls, haze and shallow scratches sitting in the clear coat. Deeper scratches that have gone through the paint or into the primer/metal usually need touch-up paint or a respray rather than correction, but we'll assess your car and give you an honest answer on what's realistically achievable before starting.

It depends on the option you choose we offer 1, 3, 5 and 7 year coatings. The longer options use a more durable formulation designed to hold up to years of washing, weather and UV exposure before it needs reapplying.

No; a ceramic coating is a chemical-resistant, hydrophobic layer, not a physical shield. It protects against UV fading, chemical staining and makes dirt easier to wash off, but it won't prevent stone chips or scratches the way paint protection film does. The two can be combined for fuller protection if that's something you're after.

If you're planning to keep the car for a while and want it to stay looking freshly detailed with less upkeep, yes it protects your investment in the detail itself and keeps the paint looking glossier for longer. If you're detailing purely for a one-off event or sale, it may not be necessary.
